Individualized care. Practical support. Meaningful growth.
About Guided Growth ABA
Guided Growth ABA was created around a simple idea: effective behavioral care should fit the child and family receiving it. We combine evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis with individualized assessment, practical skill-building, and strong family partnership to support progress that carries into everyday life.

Why Guided Growth?
Behavioral services can be highly structured, but families and children are not. Guided Growth ABA was built to provide care that remains grounded in the science of behavior while recognizing the individual child, family routines, priorities, environment, and real-life challenges that influence treatment. Rather than beginning with a predetermined program, we begin by understanding the child. Assessment, observation, data, family input, and ongoing collaboration guide the direction of care.
Growth That Fits the Child
We believe meaningful goals should improve life beyond a therapy session. Treatment may focus on communication, independence, daily routines, participation, coping with change, social interaction, safety, or other skills identified through assessment and family priorities. As a child develops and circumstances change, treatment should be able to change too. Our role is to guide that process using evidence, data, collaboration, and thoughtful clinical decision-making.

Meet Brandie Long, DC, BCBA
Founder & Clinical Director
Brandie Long, DC, BCBA, is the founder and clinical director of Guided Growth ABA. Her background in healthcare and behavior analysis shaped the practice’s focus on individualized assessment, practical treatment planning, and family-centered care.
Behavior in Context
Behavior does not happen in isolation. A child’s communication, environment, routines, learning history, relationships, expectations, and available skills can all influence what we see. That is why Guided Growth ABA emphasizes understanding the function and context of behavior before deciding what should change. The goal is not simply to reduce a behavior. The goal is to understand what the child needs, teach useful alternatives, build meaningful skills, and create environments that support success.

Families Are Part of the Team
Families bring knowledge that cannot be replaced by an assessment or data sheet. They know the routines, preferences, challenges, priorities, and history that help clinicians understand the child more fully. Guided Growth ABA includes families throughout treatment planning and ongoing care. Through our Family Partnership Program, caregivers receive education, coaching, and practical support designed around their own family and daily routines.
